Frank Robert Donald "Ribs" Raney (born Raniszewski, February 16, 1923 – July 7, 2003) was an American professional baseball player, a right-handed pitcher who appeared in four Major League games for the St. Louis Browns during the 1949–1950 seasons.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he stood a rangy 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m) tall and weighed 190 pounds (86 kg).
