Richard Allen Waterfield, known as Dick Waterfield (August 24, 1939 – February 26, 2007), was a rancher in the Texas Panhandle who from 1987 to 1991 was a
Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 88, including his native Canadian, Texas. Waterfield was particularly known for his advocacy of home meal-delivery systems for the elderly and disabled.
