"I was always fighting women off,” Gully confessed. “It got to be too much for me. After a certain age, I became turned off by sex.” That still left plenty of time, however, for him to “really get around,” Francie Whittenburg says. “He was pretty serious about Vera Ellen and Katherine Grayson, and he was with Joanna Carson in Las Vegas on the night she met Johnny.”
