Richard Dean Mulder (May 8, 1938 – February 14, 2022) was a retired American politician and family physician in the state of Minnesota. He served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1995 until 2002. In 2004, he served as a Minnesota state delegate at the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York.
