Riham El-Hour (Arabic: ريهام الحر; born March 8, 1977) is a Moroccan cartoonist who was the first woman to join the Union of Moroccan Professional Caricaturists. She uses her cartoons to advocate for women's rights and against male guardianship laws and was named one of BBC's 100 women of 2016.
