Robert Alfred DeLeo (born March 27, 1950 in Winthrop, Massachusetts) is an American politician from the state of Massachusetts. Since 2009 he has been Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, succeeding Salvatore DiMasi, who resigned due to allegations of an ethics violation.
