Robert Goebbels (3 April 1944 – 6 January 2026) was a Luxembourgish journalist and politician. A member of the Luxembourg Socialist Workers' Party (LSAP), he served as a member of successive coalition governments under Jacques Santer and Jean-Claude Juncker from 1984 to 1999. In 1985, as Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, he was a signatory of the Schengen Agreement on behalf of Luxembourg.
