Robert Meadows Lombe Taylor (born 21 December 1989) is an English-born cricketer who plays international cricket for Scotland. Taylor is a left-handed batsman who bowls left-arm medium pace. He was born in Northampton, Northamptonshire. Rob is currently Head Women's Cricket Coach at Loughborough University and was also Head Coach for Loughborough Lightning in the Kia Super League. He now plays his club cricket at Oakham Cricket Club in the Leicestershire League and helped them gain promotion to the ECB Premier League in his first season, scoring 617 runs at an average of 77 and bowling some economic left-arm spin.
