Rosa Bolivia Canales Cevallos (1974 – 2 June 2020), was an Ecuadorian association football referee between 1998 and 2013. She was active in the national league, but also at international tournaments, among others at the Copa Libertadores and 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup.
