Maria Rosa Ferrer Obiols (23 April 1960 – 10 February 2018), was an Andorran lawyer and politician. She was the Cònsol Major (same as Mayor) of the Comú d'Andorra la Vella from 2007 until 2015 and the Minister of Health, Welfare and Employment of the Principality of Andorra until 4 January 2016.
