Roy Chan (Chan Kum Wah, born 28 November 1955) is a retired swimmer from Singapore. He competed at the 1972 Summer Olympics in the 100 m and 200 m butterfly and 200 m medley events, but failed to reach the finals. He was part of the 4×200 m relay team that won a bronze medal at the 1970 Asian Games.
