Ruan Chengfa (Chinese: 阮成发; pinyin: Ruǎn Chéngfā; born October 1957) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2016 as the deputy Communist Party Secretary and Governor of Yunnan. Previously, he served as the Communist Party Secretary of Wuhan, the mayor of Huangshi, the head of the General Office of the Hubei provincial government, the vice governor of Hubei, and party chief of Xiangfan.
