(3 March 1940 – 23 July 2010) was a Colombian road racing cyclist. He won the two most important stage races in Colombia, the Vuelta a Colombia and the Clásico RCN two times. He also competed at the 1960 Summer Olympics and the 1964 Summer Olympics.
