Rushern L. Baker III (born October 24, 1958) is an American politician and lawyer. A member of the Democratic Party, he was elected county executive of Prince George's County, Maryland in 2010 and won re-election in 2014. In 2017 and 2018, he mounted an unsuccessful primary campaign to become Governor of Maryland.
