Ruxandra Dumitrescu (20 April 1977 – 3 March 2024) was a Romanian volleyball player. Born in Galați, she competed with the Romania women's national volleyball team at the 1994 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Brazil. She was a naturalized Greek citizen, and competed with the Greece women's national volleyball team from Athens 2004 Olympic Games until 2009. She was 186 cm tall.
