Mohammad Saifullah alias Ali was a terrorist who was killed by UP ATS in an encounter in Lucknow on 8 March 2017. He was part of the alleged terror module, which planted a bomb on Bhopal–Ujjain Passenger train near Bhopal on March 7, 2017.
