Sam Mangusho Cheptoris (born 12 December 1949) is a Ugandan politician. He is the Cabinet Minister of Water and Environment in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. In 2021 he was elected as member of parliament for Kapchorwa Municipality.
