Sam Goi Seng Hui (Chinese: 魏成輝; pinyin: Wèi Chénghuī; born 1949), also known as Singapore's "Popiah King", is the chairman of Tee Yih Jia Foods. He is known for selling "popiah" (薄饼) skins, a soft, thin paper-like crepe or pancake made from wheat flour.
