Samuel C. Bean (c.1819 – March 23, 1870) was an American farmer, Republican politician, and Wisconsin pioneer.
He was a member of the Wisconsin Senate, representing Jefferson County in 1857 and 1858, and representing Dane County in 1861 and 1862.
He also served as state librarian from 1860 to 1863.
