Ibiyemi Samuel Tunji (2 January 1954 – 9 September 2021) was a Nigerian academic, lecturer, professor of electrical and electronics engineering. He was the second vice-chancellor of the Achievers University, Owo Ondo State. He was appointed on 1 April 2014 to succeed Johnson Odebiyi, the pioneer vice-chancellor, whose tenure started in 2008 and ended in 2014.
