Samuel J. Rascoff (born 1972) is an American legal scholar and current Assistant Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, where he teaches courses in counterterrorism law and administrative law. Rascoff came to the Law School from the New York City Police Department where he was the Director of its Intelligence Analysis Unit, a position he held from 2006 through 2007.
