Biglari controls the Steak 'n Shake Company, First Guard Insurance, Maxim and the Western Sizzlin' corporation among others, which are subsidiaries of Biglari Holdings. Biglari is also founder, chairman and CEO of Biglari Capital, the general partner to The Lion Fund.
