Scott L. Pleus (born c.) is a lieutenant general in the United States Air Force. He serves as the director of staff of the United States Air Force, where he synchronizes and integrates policy, plans, positions, procedures, and cross functional issues for the headquarters Air Force staff. During his tenure, he served as the acting Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force from February 2025 to February 2026.
