In her autobiography, Brigitte discusses meeting Sean Penn at Cannes and one night of passion they shared together.
"Another night I met Sean Penn and Charles Bronson in a club in Cannes.
Sean didn't have classic good looks but there was just something about him. In my pushy way I ended up sitting next to him.
I was completely sold on him - it was purely sexual and very hot. I would have done anything for him. Then the club was closed and we were in a car.
We spent an outrageous night together in Sean's hotel room. It was just what I wanted - awesome. We woke to someone knocking loudly on the door.
I couldn't see who it was when Sean answered but I certainly heard them yell at him. It was a female voice and afterwards I wondered if it had been Madonna. He left next day. I didn't feel guilty and I knew then that whatever anyone says, women are just as capable as men of having a good time without getting involved."
