Sebastian Herburt (also Sebastian z Felsztyna, Roxolanus z Felsztyna, Sebastianus de Felstin, Sebastianus Felstinensis, Sebastian Felstynski, (born in 1480–1490 in Felsztyn; died 1544–1549) was a Polish composer and music theorist of Ukrainian descent. He was the first music teacher at the academy in Kraków, and founder of the music school in Sanok.
