Jhalmar "Sebastian" Joffre Soliz (born 21 August 1999) is a Bolivian professional footballer who plays as a forward at Brazilian club Botafogo. Before signing for English Premier League club Crystal Palace in February 2022, he had last played professionally for Orlando City B in USL League One, but left the club by mutual agreement on 13 May 2019, after only making three appearances for the team. Joffre joined Botafogo on a free transfer in April 2022 signing a contract until December 2024.
