In February (2012), Binzer got in trouble for not only “roughing up” his girlfriend outside of a Ross Dress For Less, but also for the rock cocaine police found on him that night. Then in April, we thought we might have lost the singer for good, as it was reported he fell into a coma (most likely drug-related). After a few days non-responsive, Binzer got another chance at life and here he is today.
TMZ is reporting the musician has been ordered to keep away from his ex-girlfriend Jasmine Lennard (the one with whom he had a fight with back in April). After Binzer pled no contest to the battery and drug possession charges that were filed for the April incident, the court has ordered him to stay away from Lennard for 3 years. He has also been ordered to attend 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.
