Seymour Topping (born December 11, 1921) is an American writer best known for his long association with The New York Times as managing editor, foreign editor and foreign correspondent. He is the San Paolo Professor Emeritus of International Journalism at Columbia University, where he also served as administrator of the Pulitzer Prizes from 1993 to 2002.
