Shang Jingcai (Chinese: 商景才; November 1921 – April 16, 2015) was a Chinese politician who served as chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 1988 to 1993. A veteran member of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), he held a number of senior leadership positions in Zhejiang Province, including vice chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and head of the Publicity Department of the CCP Zhejiang Provincial Committee.
