Shawn Watson (born September 21, 1959) is an American football coach. He is an offensive assistant and quarterbacks coach at the University of Northern Iowa, a position he has held since 2020. Watson served as the head football coach at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from 1994 to 1996, compiling a record of 11–22. He was the offensive coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder (2000–2005), the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (2007–2010), the University of Louisville (2011–2013), and the University of Pittsburgh (2017–2018).
