Shen Xiaoming (Chinese: 沈晓明; born May 1963) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2017 as the Governor of Hainan. A pediatrician by training, Shen rose through the ranks in the health and education bureaucracy of Shanghai. He successively served as party chief of Pudong and vice minister of education.
