Shpend Sollaku Noé (born 3 April 1957) is an Albanian professor, journalist and poet. Noé studied Albanian language and literature. Since 1992 he has lived in Italy as a political refugee. He is active as a translator, mainly from Italian, Russian and Albanian. The author keeps relationships with newspapers and reviews. His works are translated in many languages. We most notice too his activity forward the protection of the human rights, especially for emigrants and politic exiles.Shpend Sollaku Noé writes a civilized poetry, which also refers to history and mythology, but always to return to contemporary and today's problems in a world of tyrants, executioners, and powerful banks.
