Silvia Cochetti (born 1945 Buenos Aires) is an Argentine paralympic athlete. Cochetti won thirteen medals, five of them gold, at the Summer Paralympic Games, in swimming, track and field, and wheelchair basketball. In Tel Aviv 1968, she also obtained the world record in shot put in her class, with 7.15 m.
