Stacy Lloyd Brown is a Canadian experimental and contemporary folk artist who was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta, and is currently based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Performing under his own name since 2003, Brown takes a raw and emotive approach to the folk tradition and has been known to experiment with a myriad of genres in his musical projects. He has an honest lyrical style that "is brimming with irony, that lets everyday mystery lie bare."
