Harry Stephen Bartlett, known as Steve Bartlett (born September 19, 1947), is an American politician and former President and CEO of the Financial Services Roundtable, an advocacy group lobbying the U.S. federal government on financial services legislation, a position which he held from 1999 to 2012. He is the former U.S. Representative for Texas's 3rd congressional district, the former 56th mayor of Dallas, Texas, and is a former member of the Dallas City Council.
