Stephen Carr Smith (born February 2, 1961) is an American baseball coach and former pitcher. He is the head coach at Tennessee Technological University (Tennessee Tech). He played college baseball at Baylor University from 1982 to 1983. He was the head coach at Baylor from 1995 to 2015.
