Sun Qian (Chinese: 孙谦; born December 1959) is a Chinese jurist and former senior prosecutor who served as Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. He holds a Doctor of Law degree and is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the China University of Political Science and Law. Sun joined the Chinese Communist Party in December 1982 and entered public service in August 1983.
