Tali Farimah Farhadian Weinstein (born in 1975 or 1976) is an American attorney, professor, and politician. She is a former federal and state prosecutor and was a candidate in the 2021 Manhattan District Attorney race. In November 2024, President Joe Biden announced his intention to nominate her as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, but did not send her nomination to the United States Senate before he left office.
