Obviously Tanya was an animated, smart and elegant young woman, and much sought after in the Hollywood circles back in the early 40s. Her first noted Hollywood beau was Lydell Peck, an attorney, ex-husband of Janet Gaynor, somewhere in early 1940. He and Janet had been divorced for 7 years by then, but it did not lead to a more permanent engagement.
