Taru Mateti (born 13 May 1964) is a runner from Pune, India, who specializes in long distance running up to the Ultramarathon distance. She won the Hyderabad marathon, 2014 in a senior veteran segment and completed the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2015, at 3rd place in the age group 50–55 years segment and in the second place in 2016 , and then second place in Tata Mumbai Marathon 2020 in the age group 55–59 years besides podium finishes in Vadodara International Marathon 2019 and 50K ultramarathons at Western Ghats Ultra and Mahabaleshwar Endurathon 2019 .
