I was 11 when this film was released. My interest in it was that the record shop featured in the film belonged to my father. The shop was renamed the Turntable and my father kept the name after filming. I remeber him going to the studio where they recreated the shop, he couldn`t believe how accurate everything was. He also told me the Belinda Lee was the most beautiful girl he had ever met (after my mum).
