Thio Su Mien (Chinese: 张嗣绵; née Huang; 1938 – 30 June 2025) was a Singaporean legal academic and lawyer. She served as the dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Singapore (now the National University of Singapore (NUS)) from 1968 to 1971, being the first woman to hold this position. Educated at the University of Malaya (which NUS later split from), she remained with the university as an educator after her graduation, eventually rising to the position of dean.
