Thomas L. Jipping is currently serving on the personal staff of Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT). Prior to his current post, Jipping was Vice-President for Legal Policy and Director of the Center for Law & Democracy at the Free Congress Foundation. In addition to directing the Judicial Selection Monitoring Project at the Paul Weyrich-led D.C. think tank and subsequently served as Senior Fellow in Legal Studies for Concerned Women for America, a female-led, Christian-oriented policy organization.
