Thomas Pang Cheung-wai, SBS, JP (Chinese: 彭長緯, born 1954) is the current vice-chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB), the largest pro-Beijing party in Hong Kong.
