Thomas Zilliacus is a Finnish business leader, entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. He is the founder and Chairman of Mobile FutureWorks Group, a multinational conglomerate active in digital media, e-commerce, online payments, mobile games and real estate. He has since his teens been actively involved in politics. He is a strong supporter of a market-driven economy anchored in environmental and humanitarian values. Zilliacus has by technology observers been characterised as a tech visionary and has been in the forefront of launching new technologies and new ideas. While Zilliacus was born in and grew up in Finland, he has spent most of his working life in Asia. A resident of Singapore, he has set up or been involved in businesses in China, South Korea, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia etc. Since 2018, he has also built new businesses in Europe.
