Toktogul Satylganov (Kyrgyz: Токтогул Сатылган уулу, Toqtoğul Satılğan úlu/Toktogul Satylgan uulu, توقتوعۇل ساتىلعان ۇۇلۇ; Russian: Токтогул Сатылганов, Toktogul Satylganov; 25 October 1864 – 17 February 1933), born in Kushchusu, Khanate of Kokand, was the most famous of the Kyrgyz Akyns – improvising poets and singers. The Kyrgyz town of Toktogul in the Jalal-Abad Region is named in his honor.
