Thomas Francis "Ginger" Neil, DFC & Bar, AFC, AE (14 July 1920 – 11 July 2018) was a British aviator and a fighter pilot and flying ace in the Royal Air Force. Neil flew during the Battle of Britain, and shot down 14 enemy aircraft during the Second World War.
