Tommy Carr is a former Gaelic footballer who played for the Dublin county team. He has also managed Dublin, Roscommon and Cavan. He was awarded an All Star in 1991 in the same year that he won a National Football League medal with Dublin. He won his second league medal with Dublin in 1993.
