Tonse Ramesh Upendra Pai (22 October 1924 – 26 January 2005) was an Indian banker and educationalist. He was the Chairman of Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation Ltd. and was also the Director of several joint-stock Companies, including Reliance Industries. He was awarded the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award in 1998.
