Anthony Louis Banks, Baron Stratford (8 April 1942 – 8 January 2006) was a British Labour politician who served as a member of Parliament from 1983 to 2005 and subsequently as a member of the House of Lords. He served as Minister for Sport from 1997 to 1999. He was well known in the House of Commons for his acid tongue.
